A Successful Party
Book as early as you can to ensure availability.
Avoid clashes with other events (school fairs, other parties,
holidays, etc)
Keep party Refreshments simple as possible
Try not to over-cater. Children do not eat very much or for very
long at parties.
Make sure the room is big enough, but not too big, for the numbers
of children you have invited.
We advise you
not to have party poppers. if you are having under 6s.
Don't give out hooters or party horns some children get frightened.
Don't be fooled
into booking a cheap Children's Entertainer
You are more likely to be let down at the last minute by a children's
entertainer if he quotes you a low price
As soon as they get a higher priced job comes along they will phone
you and say sorry they are double booked
We constantly get last minute phone calls from frantic parents who
have been let down at the last minute.
Try to encourage the Mums and Dads to watch and enjoy the children
too
If having an outdoor party: Use a gazebo or other shady area.
Don't Forget
Batteries for the camera
The birthday cake and matches to light the candles.
Do ensure that a responsible
adult remains in the room at all times
We will give your Children a wonderful time
